About me

Hi everyone,

I am Beibei Nie (Xiangdi/聂贝),  an illustrator/artist based in London originally from Beijing, China. I have been working as an illustrator since I studied illustration and graduated  from Camberwell College of Arts in 2011.

Before  moving to London, I used to do various of jobs, such as editor and journalist in TV and internet media, comic columnist in newspaper and professional animator. And I am influenced by Manga, animation, old photographs, film, theater, etc. The variety of experiences developed a love of dramatic narrative in visual way.

My work is idea-led, providing each brief an unique concept and clear message with an open mind, appearing to a passion for emotional narrative, presenting in an dramatic visual effect, basing on beautiful high-quality of line drawing in details.

Hopefully, I can to do more interesting projects and met extraordinary people in my career as illustrator and artist :v)
